Mr. Meyer has over 21 years as an attorney and entrepreneur.  He has started and operated three successful businesses. He primarily works in the areas of estate planning, business law, litigation and serious injury.

Mr. Meyer earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron, Ohio in 1981 and his Master of Laws in Taxation for the University of Miami, Florida in 1983.  He is a member of the Colorado, Ohio and Florida Bar Associations. In addition, he has taught Estate Planning, Probate and Legal Ethics at local colleges.

Mr. Meyer was a member of Law Review at the University of Akron and was the co-founder of VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) at the University.  He is the co-author of Smith's Review, Federal Income Taxation published by West Publishing. 

Mr. Meyer formed and was president and director of the Family Hospice Foundation in Boulder, Colorado.
